Loreal Paris Color Riche Glossy Balm Crayons: Review & Swatches!

Today I have a quick review on the new Loreal Paris Glossy Balm crayons! I picked up two shades, Innocent Coral and Ginger Candy, at Walgreens for $7.99 each.

The packaging is pretty standard for a crayon type lip product. The only difference on these are the shiny silver lids. I personally prefer when the color is over the entire pencil, but these aren't bad either necessarily.

Now here are the swatches! Innocent Coral is a beautiful, very red-toned coral. Ginger Candy is a neutral, peachy nude shade.

Now as far as the formula - These are definitely not a stain. Glossy balms is a perfect name for these. They have a very shiny look to them, and they feel very soft and comfortable on the lips. The only downside, really, is that they don't hang around on the lips long at all. On me, they only stayed put for about an hour.

I am a huge fan of crayon lip products, but these are just not my favorites. I much prefer the ones from Revlon over these because they are just more opaque and they stick around for a good amount of time. But if you are looking for a non-staining, glossier formula of the lip crayon trend, these are definitely for you!

What do you think of these?  Will you be grabbing any the next time you're at the drugstore?
